inconsistent rules rude staff
The animation team worked hard and got many people involved in activities. I have never seen a whole pool doing aqua aerobics.
The lifeguard did not apply consistent rules for the use of rubber rings. Reception staff often seemed rude when assisting guests. This created a frustrating and unwelcoming atmosphere .

indoor space limited variety
the cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily with fresh towels and made beds.
i found a couple of issues . the nightly entertainment lacked variety (it was like a broken record) and there was no cozy indoor space to relax with music and a drink. instead, i had to keep going outside in the cold for drinks.

clean room great food evening show
The room was very clean. I appreciated the food selection. The meals offered various choices each day. The hotel provided a great service. The entertainment team was also fantastic, providing different evening shows.
The air conditioning was not very cold.
